After 20 years of devoting my life to growing teams and businesses ranging from small to mid-size, I decided it was time for me to extend my knowledge to a broader audience. My focus is on empowering individuals and companies to realize their full potential and embrace their visions resulting in the largest impact.

I honed my leadership and strategic abilities by training under world-class coaches and participating in top-tier programs. My training and learning led to massive wins and losses, and I have learned from all of them so that losses can be avoided, and the wins can be duplicated. One consistent I have learned is that within a problem there is a solution. It only takes a willingness to be uncomfortable and implement newly discovered strategies.

As a kid I watched the movie “Renaissance Man” with Danny DeVito and I became enamored with the idea of becoming someone who was cultured, educated, and embodied a versatile skill set. This strong desire to become a renaissance man led me to experiment with a variety of life experiences.

Personally, I committed my earlier years to baseball and ultimately left the sport at the age of 23. Throughout that period, I dedicated myself to pursuing excellence and maintaining the discipline necessary to compete at the highest level possible. After baseball, I became interested in installation art, and I collaborated with some amazing artist and held three art exhibitions that challenged the viewers in various ways.

Professionally, I owned a business that successfully sold for four times its initial purchase price following a six-year run. Simultaneously, I found fulfillment in working with adolescent teenage boys who were wards of the state while also coaching college baseball. My personal and professional experiences all led me towards a career in business, where creativity and strategy come together in the most perfect way.

My journey from dedicated athlete to successful entrepreneur, mentor, and coach has been shaped by a deep commitment to personal growth and professional excellence. Through diverse experiences and relentless pursuit of knowledge, I've cultivated a unique perspective and skill set that allows me to empower individuals and companies to unlock their full potential and realize their visions.
